Hi Litia Kirwin from the social enterprise Loving Islands!
This is a very quick video to share with you some exciting news in regards to our Matuku Island Organic Farming Project over in Fiji.
So, we’ve recently confirmed that the Regional Environmental Office of the U.S. Embassy over in Suva has approved funding for the Project.
This essentially enables the next 12-months worth of training which will be done in partnership with the Pacific Organic & Ethical Trade Community, as well as the island’s development board (or ‘Tikina’).
We’ll be heading over in about 2 weeks time to assist with the first instalment of training.
